Cap Premium White Roof Coating is an extremely versatile elastomeric non-fibered coating which may be applied to a wide variety of roofing substrates including hot mopped BUR, polyurethane foam, gravel, asphalt and asbestos shingle, tile, concrete and metal. It also provides excellent protection on stucco parapet walls (Polar Seal Masonry Primer/Sealer preparation required for new stucco). Recommended Coverage: A common coverage rate of 33 square feet per gallon (3 coats) produces a 28-30 mils cured coating. *This coating provides extremely high resistance to water ponding and does not breathe well. Life expectancy is 6-10 years between maintenance re-coats. Polar Cap Premium is tintable with ethylene glycol colorant.
