Polar Seal Masonry Primer/Sealeris an effective, easy to use primer for all types of concrete and masonry surfaces. It is ideal for new "partially" cured stucco or concrete as a waterproof sealer. Polar Seal forms an effective alkali salt barrier. It is used on slump block, adobe brick, concrete block, tilt up concrete, and stucco.

Recommended Coverage:
rate is 150 to 300 square feet per gallon. Coverage will vary depending on the surface texture. Reduction is recommended in some applications as follows.
  • New tilt-up: 2 parts primer, 1 part water.
  • Existing painted surface: 1 part primer, 1 part water.
  • Adobe or slump brick: 1 part primer, 1 part water.
  • To reduce surface sheen: 1 part primer, 1 1/2 parts water.
  • No reduction is required for new stucco.

Overnight cure is required prior to application of coating or paint.
