Cap Primer and Rock Lock (concentrate) is an acrylic bonding agent used to prepare gravel roofs for the roof coating application. It is also a primer for polyurethane foam roofs prior to the application of Polar Cap repair and coating products. Dilution ratio is 1 part water to 1 part product for most applications. Apply with low pressure (garden type) sprayer, brush or roller. Recommended Coverage: approximately 200 square feet per gallon.
