COATING THE ROOF
ARCTIC SEAL WHITE and its companion products, applied as directed and with the proper preparations and repairs made, will provide the finest protection available for your metal roof. Pick a rice clear day to coat your roof and coating can begin as soon as the repairs are dry.

TWO COATS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE MAXIMUM PROTECTION

1 . Be sure to mix ARCTIC SEAL WHITE well and spread it evenly using a thick 1" nap roller. A standard size 9" roller and frame can be immersed into a 5 gallon poll.

2. Apply ARCTIC SEAL WHITE at the rate of 1 gallon per 100 square feet per coat.

3. Coat the entire roof surface giving special attention to the areas you repaired previously. Apply liberally to these areas.

4. On corrugated roofs, make certain roof costing is applied evenly over ridges and valleys -not just across them. You will need to double the product required.

5. Ideally, 24 hours should be allowed between coats. Apply early in the day to provide ample cure time before sunset. Cure time is approximately 8 hours with temperatures of 70° and sunny conditions.

6. ARCTIC SEAL WHITE products are water soluble prior to coating. Under normal condition, 6-8 hours drying time Is required to be weatherproof.

7. Apply when temperature is 50 degrees F and rising.
