SPRAY EQUIPMENT FOR ROOF COATINGS
The type of equipment required exceeds that of a common airless paint sprayer. The unit should be capable of producing 3,000 PSI with a normal operating pressure near 2,000 PSI. POLAR CAP PREMIUM (PCP-108) requires a .030" tip at 2,000 PSI. Prominent manufactures are Graco, Speeflo, and Krebs.

1. The first coat of POLAR CAP PREMIUM (PCP-108) or POLAR CAP BASE COAT (PC-104) should be back rolled.

2. A 12" fan spray with spray tip held 12" - 18" from the surface will produce the best result.

3. Guard against overspray.
